Looking around the world, there are regions of the world that experience heavy rains, such as hurricane-prone areas and areas with long rainy seasons. However, we Japanese do not know much about the damage caused by torrential rains in other countries. Are there similarities between Japan and other countries in the world in terms of rainfall, preparedness, and awareness? Are they similar to Japan? We interviewed 26 foreigners in English to find out!
