Heavy rainfall occurs every year. It rains once every few weeks or so. It does not always rain. It usually stops in a few hours. It never rains all day long.
Do you take any measures to reduce damage caused by heavy rainfall?
No Because I live in an elevated area and would not be affected by a flood. I use rainwater for domestic use, so while rain may be painful for others, it is good for me.
