How to do Continuous Chest Compression

If he/she doesn't breathe, move and cough.
Do it above clothes to save his/her privacy.
But make the person take off his or her coat.

First, go down your on your knees by the person.

Next, pile up your hands, and put it on the center of his or her chest (a little above of the pit of the stomach).

At this time, when you weigh heavily, bend all of fingers of both hands outward lightly.

Finally, adjust your posture; begin to press at a rate of 100 per minute and pushing down about 2 or 2.5 inches.
(I recommend that do it with saying “one, two, three” by yourself)

After finish do it thirty times, give him/her artificial respiration twice and then do CCC thirty times again…like that, repeat CCC and artificial respiration by turns until paramedics come.
