○Earthquake occurs! If I have been in the house, what should I do?
→First, shelter in under of the desk and so on.
  Furniture can topple down. So leave from furniture.

○If someone of my family is bleeding with a fragment of glass and the like. What should I do?
→Begin to stop the bleeding.

○The tremor is very terrible…our cupboard has toppled down!
  If the tremor stopped, what should I do?
→Put on your shoes in order not to be wounded in fragments of dishes even if it's inside of the room.

○If I find tempura oil has been burning after the tremor stop and I can stand up at length, What should I do?
→First, bring a fire extinguisher without being in a hurry and as fast as possible and begin to extinguishing.(but you mustn’t extinguish with water.)

○If a fire has occurred in somewhere of my apartment and its smoke is flowing into my room, what should I do?
→If you are in a hurry, you can inhale more smoke than amount of smoke when you do it presence or stumble on things which toppled down because of earthquake, as a result, you can be wounded horrible. So take refuge at outside calmly with your lower back bent.

○If I have found a collapsing person, what should I do?
→If it seems that you can give first-aid to him/her, give it.
 If it doesn’t seem that you can give first-aid to him/her, call 119 or use AED.

○If I have found a house burning while I was taking refuge, what should I do?
→Call 119.
