Sprain is the injury which happens when joint is about to come off and then fix it.
And dislocation is the injury which happens when joint comes off perfectly.

While making sure of the conditions, give RICE, the treatment method works for bone fracture, sprain and dislocation affectively.

The word of "RICE" is acronym of four treatments: Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation.

Rest ：	The treatment to make the affected area take a rest by making it quiet. If you move it unjustly, you may make it worse.
Ice ：	The treatment to urge blood vessels to shrink. In order to hold internal bleeding, inflammation and more, cold the affected area and around it. Put ice in the vinyl bag and apply it to the affected area until the wounded don't feel pain. And when the wounded feel pain again, put the vinyl bag, too. These are the general way.
Compression :	The treatment to keep swelling small by compressing physical. While compressing the wounded's affected area with elastic bandage or taping, bind it. It may be good to do Compression and Ice treatment at the same time.
Elevation ：	The treatment to elevate the affected area in order to decrease amount of blood flowing into the affected area. It's good to elevate it to suitable height.
