TOP >> The papermaking that assumed a tissue raw materials

*An empty 1.5-liter PET bottle
*Towel (two sheets)
*Washbasin (size which suited the paper-milling frame)
*Drier (when you want to dry paper early)

*Tissue (two sheets)
*Toilet paper (proper quantity)
*Water (about of 1.5-liter PET bottle 1/4)
*Paints (when you want to color paper) etc.

*Wire hanger
*Stocking

*The center of a hanger is pulled and a form is changed.
*If the form of a hanger is prepared, it will let a hanger pass to a stocking.
*When cutting the unnecessary portion of a stocking and connecting an end, it is completion of a paper-milling frame.

About 1/4 water is put into a PET bottle. There, the tissue and toilet paper which were torn finely are put in.
By putting in toilet paper, it has played the role of the connector with tissue.

Put in what can color paints etc. here to color paper. The color was given this time using Water Color, Inc.
If it completes, it will become thinner than the actually given color. It is good for many eyes to make the color of paper deep to put in ink.

Close the lid of a PET bottle and shake up and down. When inner paper becomes fine and a liquid is thick, it is completion of the liquid of paper. At this time, it is continuing shaking about about 10 minutes.
Fine paper was made when the PET bottle was shaken in large numbers here.

Install a paper-milling frame on a washbasin and pour in the liquid of paper slowly. It adjusts so that the thickness of paper may become equal.
When a stocking flips the liquid of paper, it is good to fully wet the both sides of the stocking of a paper-milling frame.

Put one more towel on a top and take the moisture of paper, after placing a paper-milling frame on a towel. Furthermore, paper is removed from an inside-out paper-milling frame, and moisture is taken.

When carrying out natural seasoning, stick and dry paper in the window. Under paper, a towel is pulled and a drier is hit to dry early. Incidentally, although it changed with seasons, when the earliness which gets dry was a drier and natural seasoning was carried out for about 20 minutes, it took about 8 hours (in the case of winter).

More than which comes like paper perfectly and was regarded as whether I hear that it makes using tissue and it can do well although it was anxious became possible. When the PET bottle was shaken, I was pleasant for that tissue becomes finer and finer to have looked. It was just going to remove paper to have been the most difficult so that moisture might be taken and it might not be torn from a paper-milling frame. Paper milling also of a stocking was fully completed. Since expense can be held down rather than he buys a commercial paper-milling frame, I think that it is good.

When carrying out paper milling with a milk carton, a mixer is needed in order to make the milk carton used as materials fine. However, it experimented in whether paper milling is possible by the same method as the time of tearing materials finely by hand, since there was no mixer, and making from tissue this time. in advance, paper becomes soft -- as -- 1 hour and a half ? -- although the milk carton was boiled over about 2 hours, there was no change in particular. Although one milk carton was made fine by three persons, since it became coarse inevitably, it chopped up finely using scissors only by tearing by hand too.

When paper milling was carried out with tissue, the wash paste used as instead of [ of the toilet paper which had played the role of the connector ] was put in.

Although it tried to pour the liquid of paper into the paper-milling frame, since the fiber is coarser than tissue, the liquid of paper does not come out very much smoothly. It was rather serious in coming out in large numbers at once.

Difficulties also dry. It will separate tattering, shortly after papers do not adhere but letting up, since there being also many amounts of moisture since a fiber's is large, and wash paste did not function well. Since it was moist even if time was taken and it placed in natural seasoning overnight also until it got dry, finally it dried near the stove.

Having felt in this experiment had [ that I hear that it is way good ] a mixer, when carrying out paper milling with a milk carton. The completed paper also had the milk carton visible to the surface used as materials, and the not much good thing was not able to say appearance. Since it had failed this time, when it next succeeded taking advantage of this experiment, I thought that it was good.
