■ What we mustn't download



Well, what is chargeable written work that is a target of punishment when download?

This refer to works that we can buy it as CD or DVD with pay money and we can watch or get by streaming or download sales.
And contents that offered or presented both charged and free are become offered or presented by charged, and it is judged chargeable written work.

But like a preview of movie, when contents that is made up clipping parts of a movie is offered or presented for free is if you download it, that isn't illegal and doesn't become a target of punishment too.
Moreover TV programs that doesn't sell as DVD and others and doesn't deliver by charge are same to a little while ago, doesn't become doing that offered or presented by charge, so downloading it is all right.

中央銀行 とは
