Why do we pay ?
When a country and local public entity provide public service, a fund is necessary. The tax demanded the fund from national. It may be said that it is membership fee for people to live each in public.
As grounds to pay a tax, there is an opinion to pay the expense that is necessary for the national profiting by the activity such as countries as the compensation. In addition, there is the opinion to pay the expense so that a person lives because a country and local public entity are essential. Furthermore, countries regard life and property of the national as an insurer to protect, and there are some opinions paying the premium.
It is advocated Constitution of Japan Article 30 with "The national assumes an obligation of the payment of taxes by what that the law determines" .

Tax burden imagined our life of a high case and a low case without permission and made the list mentioned above.
I understand well that the tax has close relation to our living.
