Oh? Is it so little? In men and women's being impartial by the new rate
of employment, what kind of thing?
Since putting it in the society in Japan, it's the real state of affairs
that "The men and women are equal." is difficult to say.
The cause?
When working, when it's more disadvantageous than a man, a lady explains
some about the called cause.
(Example）They're difficult to make do work with risk.
* The outside business is difficult for a lady to make go to a dangerous
place area and night by itself.
* It's difficult to ask for heavy labor and dangerous work.
(Example) there is long-term continuous service anxiety.
* There are a sudden absence and a fear that you retire by marriage, childbearing
and child care.
* It's difficult to trust with important work and a long project.
It's said that there is also an example which asks a girl "Even if
marriage and childbearing are done, do you keep working?" and makes
the home commutation the condition in case of job hunting.
Though it's natural for a lady to give birth, because I'm a lady, isn't
it strange that unfairness forms? I think childbearing and child care aren't
also only lady's work.
Of course! It's very late for Japan in "gender equality" even
in the advanced country. Next you'll see comparison with the world, right?
Isn't it only a lady?
There is unfairness at the workshop for a man by work, too. I'll explain
using an example. (Example): male nurture man
There are many problems with female social advancement by an enterprise,
but the viewpoint reverses at a workplace of a male nurse and a nurture
man, and there are many problems about consideration to a man.
Even if oneself would like to be a nurse and a nurture man when a man carries
on job hunting, it's the current state that there are still few examples
of the man who works there, so one thinks there are really much men who
become worried whether I can manage at the workplace. I think female consideration
is the job category I need so this time to a man.
I think the recognition to people's male nurse and nurture man as well
as the female of its job category is also important. Then the number of
people of the male nurse and the nurture man may increase more!
You'll be very happy that a university-graduate fixed rate in the female
getting a job exceeded male that and it's also our encouragement, isn't
it? But the mother generation around us hears that there are a lot of people
working at a part, why is?
It's said that the man and the lady are working equally at a foreign country,
