We are thinking about entrance into a school of higher grade and getting
a job and am doing a vocational experience as carrier education at a junior
high school and a high school. Our member had a future dream, too, and
we had decided course. The occupation I can think of from the inside of
our former experience was chosen and a going destination where it matches
that had been decided. But we learned female social problem and learned
importance of to acquire knowledge and to have the wide view through this
site making.
It was serious only by the thing which isn't understood to check a difficult
law, participate in a seminar of an enterprise and ask a member of society
an opinion, but everything was a valuable experience and was the trigger
to which a fixed way of thinking is changed.

When hearing "What would you like to be in the future?", what
do you answer? Aren't you thinking in the area you can think of from the
former experience? "Because I'm a lady." "Because I'm a
man." like, when I think, the choices become little one after another.

For example the number is also small and that a female carpenter and Mr.
male nurture man aim at that may be the one also full of worry. But we
don't stick to a fixed idea now and choose the life the respective people
desire, and thinks the environment will be the society which admits that
and cooperates each other.

giving up, challenges!

each other and the match as "life work balance" which lives through

each will wish for a man and a lady aiming at work and living harmonization
later such as men and women's gender and generation are wide.
We knew the flow had not happened naturally, and that was made with a wish
of the world and Japanese a lot of people and an effort.
We thought we took this flow and made an effort to the target, and were
confronted with a problem, and had to be following getting Tsutomu. It'll be several years later that junior and senior high school students
