A kind of a disaster caused by a typhoon is distributed between four kinds of "wind damage" "flood" "high tide-water damage" "surge harm" mainly. These do not need to occur alone and I compound and occur and become the big damage.

　Wind damage
I call that a person and a building are damaged by the wind pressure by a strong wind "wind damage". A tile and a chimney of a roof fly, and 75% of the damage by a typhoon are called a thing by wind damage.




　A flood
I call the damage brought by floods water "a flood". A city flood by the inland waters flooding to be generated becomes a big problem without drainage being good.




　High tide harm
The surface of the sea rises, and the damage that houses are flooded is called high tide-water damage. It is often that the large-scale damage is caused by high tide-water damage. In addition, a thing with many dead people is a characteristic of the high tide-water damage, too. The sea is near, and it is necessary for the people living in the low land to demand attention in particular.


　Surge harm
I call that I am damaged by outbreak / the wave that I developed by wind "surge harm". It occurs mainly in the district which is near to the sea, and there are the human damage or overturn / damage of a ship.
