However, I heard that university faculty members are quite special, and there are many people who do research, so they often work overtime. For that reason, the number of people who have a negative opinion on overtime is becoming smaller.

However, the fact that many people spend their holidays playing with their family or doing their own hobbies suggests that it is difficult to take their time on the day they work.

Here are the questionnaire results about feelings when working. University teachers anticipate that the majority of people are doing what they want to do. That's why there were three people who answered that it was not difficult when asked about overtime work. If this overtime was about a research theme that you've been exploring, you probably won't feel bad about it.

I think this opinion is very interesting. It may be that the current work style reform does not have a positive effect on at least the work style of university teachers. What do you think about the current work style reform? Asked, "I want you to adjust the amount of work, or work with companies to adjust it, rather than just limiting the time." I think there are still places where work style reforms are not enough.

Based on the above, I will consider what kind of work style reform is better for university teachers. I think t's important to think about doing what you love. You may find it hard to be barred from overworking while studying your favorite things. Of course, overtime that can hurt your body is bad, but it is also important to manage working hours based on your thoughts about work.
