This page briefly introduces important aspects of the XYMAX working style system.

1,Utilization of satellite office


XYMAX has eight dedicated satellite offices. Employees can use it by applying, and can work flexibly, such as being able to work without being rushed or shortening commuting time. In addition, XYMAX offers a service called ZXY, which has approximately 60 locations. ZXY is a service for other companies, but it is also available to XYMAX employees.

2,Flex without core time


Xymax's flextime does not set a core time(a time zone in which you must work absolutely). By introducing such a flex, you can work flexibly.
For example, you can work one day from 9:00 to 21:00, so you can go to work at 10:00 the next day and return early at around 17:00.

3,For employees with children


Since there are many women at XYMAX WITH, a group company of XYMAX, we are reforming working styles that are friendly to women. In addition to the statutory three years, you can work for three years shorter childcare hours (6 hours or 7 hours a day) by the time the child finishes the third grade of elementary school. And it seems natural for the XYMAX Group to take and return to childcare leave for women. ZIn addition, since ZXY also has a kids space, you can leave your child in the kids space and work.

4,Summary of XYMAX's internal system
