Cassava will rot that harvested by1-2 months

In order to store it for a long period of time, it must be a processed product "Gari".

To gully,

 

1. Wash clean

2. Peel

3. Crush by machine

4. Drain moisture with a press

5. Fry in a pan and dry

 

A lot of processing using such a machine is necessary.

However, there are not enough facilities for such processing, and many cassavas are rotten and discarded.
