In the future education, information is necssary. To bring up a net citizen will be one of the most important goal of the future education. Using computers are not information education. To teach how to collect information and think and distribute is the information education. We brows the information at first. Only to absorb like black hole is meanless. Information appear when we communicate.
     Many years ago, we communicate within only a few people. The appearance of media changed. Now, minority sends many people the information. The appearance of the Internet will change. In the near future most people can send their message to a lot of people. Information Technology revolution will change the situation.
     There is an IT basic law in Japan. One is to make infura. Not only material but also the price to use. Second is to make a rule in on line commerce. We then can move money without fear. Third is to make a electrical government. It's good that government become nearer. The fourth is to recruit able worker from abroad. How to prevent hacking is one of the most important job to solve. Citizens should also should deliver their ideas. Now, smart stundent in Asia go to not Japan but America. We should grow able teacher and acceptable jobs. 
     Both black list and white list systems has problem. We can't devide all the pages. If we could, it's the second's safe. To teach the responsibility is inevitable. For example, to show the real example like chane mail, rat bank...are useful. What you do on line can be seen from anyone. Schools will be the center of the infotmation of the area.

     Schools and families should unite. Parents can help schools teach computer. To use the ML is effective. They can be a part timer. The communication will begin.
