DNA separates to one chain by cutting connection of the base sequence of the complementarity of DNA cutting.
This property becomes an important point when compounding the chain of new DNA.
The DNA chain which was separated at a time works as a mold to the new DNA chain that is made.
Since a part of the new DNA (Nucleotide) is connected with a complementary combination, according to the base sequence of a DNA chain, two chains of DNA are completed.
In the bodies of living things, new cells are always being made by the means of division.
Procaryote increases the number of individuals by division, in eucaryotic organisms, old cells and a new cell are continuously replaced by cell division.
In other words,it means that new cell production is carried out by a method called division.
(But,some cells do not divide. like nerve cells and the nondividing cell like nerve cells.)
Briefly, cell division, is when one cell is divided into two.
Needless to say, the cell before division, and the cell newly made by division, both have to have the same contents.
Of course, when a somatic cell is divided, it does not happen, instead, the contents of the cell decrease.
When a cell is divided, a certain chromosome doubles in the nucleus and, then each is divided into two. The contents of the cells come to be kept same.
It is this part that I want you to pay attention to.
I have already explained that a chromosome is formed with DNA.
In other words, increasing to double a cell means doubling DNA in the nucleus, too.
DNA which is put away to the indispensable cell because a creature lives is reproduced precisely, and it is necessary to be inherited to a new cell.
Pay attention, cell division means the duplication of DNA, too.
Then, how is DNA duplicated?
In addition, is there a special system to duplicate it precisely?
Let's learn about it in detail in the next sections.
