Some people were discriminated by the genetic information in the past actually.

For instance, some people, have the sickle cell gene, were turned down to entering the air force and the airline company in 1970s in the United States.
The homozygosity can make only sickle cells, so the people die in childhood, but the heterozygous form is almost always asymptomatic.
The disease is not always bad for this reason.

The discrimination is the serious problem.
On the other hand, it is questionable that such people get responsible job from the point of view of proper job.
We should consider both of them to guarantee the right respecting them own will and to use the genetic information.
