About neighboring right?
Neighboring right is the right to protect the profits of a performer, a
record maker, and a broadcasting organization and a wire diffusion organization.
It is the person who wrote the lyrics for the music or wrote music, i.e.,
an author, and a copyright holder that have the copyright of the music
which we are always enjoying. However, though it is a musical piece work
only with which [ wonderful ], it is a singer that has sung the music.
The musical piece is realized just because there is a singer. A singer's
right must also be protected although it is neither an author nor a copyright
holder. Then, this neighboring right exists. Thus, neighboring right protects
the right of those who play a large role in transmitting a work.
