About writing property rights

　Writing property rights are the rights to protect the profits about an author's money. We need to work and artists also need to get the remuneration corresponding to their activity the same with receiving remuneration, such as money, as the gratitude. If this remuneration cannot be obtained, since artists cannot continue the stable activity, art activities do not activate them. Then, these writing property rights exist. The copyright holder can have a right to his own work by these writing property rights.
The "copyright" generally said means these "writing property rights." When persons other than a copyright holder use a work, it is necessary to get permission from a copyright holder. The person who had permission issued has to follow the contents. Moreover, it becomes infringement of copyright, when the portion which is not permitted was used, or it is unauthorized and a work is used.

There is a kind also in writing property rights.

　Writing property rights can be divided into various kinds. In the Copyright Act, the following 11 etc. are shown as an example.


Reproduction right -- It is the right to reproduce and copy a work as a thing with a form.

Performing rights and the right of a performance -- It is the right to perform or perform works, such as music and theater, for the purpose of showing it to many persons directly, or telling them.

Rights of public transmission -- It is the right to use methods, such as radio and the Internet, for the purpose of many persons enabling it to receive, and to transmit and upload a work.

The right of oral statement -- poetic reading and a picture-book reading and telling -- etc. -- it is the right to tell many persons the work of language by the mouth.

The right of exhibition -- They are a work of art and the right to exhibit a photograph etc. before many persons.

The right of a show -- It is the right to show the work of a movie.

The right of distribution -- It is the right to distribute the copy of the work of a movie widely.

Right of transfer-- It is the right to convey a work to other persons.

Lending rights -- An audio CD, a book, etc. are the rights to lend other persons the copy of a work.

The right to translate, the right of an adaptation, etc. -- It is the right to arrange [ translation and ], to change and to make a screen version of a work.

The right of the original work author about use of a secondary work -- I hear that the original work author from the first also has the right which the author of the secondary work has when the secondary work of a certain work is made.
