Class collapse It is said that a quarter of the schools in Toukyou have classes which can't continue to study anyn more. The problem is that class collapse is not new and that it is difficult to revive the collapsed class, and that not only family nor schools are bad, and that some times small classes fall down.
     Parents rarely believe and don't take responsibility. Teachers rarely take responsibility either. Most of class collapsion happen when a class can't consist a society, and trigger becomes the class collapse.
     Mothers and the child connection has the society. The pipe between mother and the real society is father. When the father don't take part in his roll, children might become nervous. As the affection of smaller numbers of children, they don't know the pain of others. Few scold, but most just get angry.
     The school is closed to the community. The class makes a kind of society so teachers can't ask their comrads. We propose that schools should become open. Classes have their own society, the tendacy is strong in elementary schools.
     We propose that students should be taught at least from 4 teachers. This makes the variety in society. It can become a check system. It needs to argue though, the system which children can select their caliculam may become the one. To open schools on Saturday and Sunday to the community. 
     The connection is very important. Nursery schools may think that "Our job is only to send students to elementary school. When students graduate, we have no responsibility." Nursery schools may think that "Our job is only to send students to elementary school. When students graduate, we have no responsibility." Elementary schools may think that "Our job is only to send students to jr high school. When students graduate, we have no responsibility." Jr. high schools may think that "Our job is only to send students to high school. When students graduate, we have no responsibility." High schools may think that "Our job is only to send students to university. When students graduate, we have no responsibility."
     The discipline is the job of family. Parents should be the model of the children. There should be a human relation between parents in community. We should scold the child who is not ours. 
    When it happened, we should first see whether it is class collaption or not. Then, recover the relation between student and teacher and not to make the anger toward the teacher. Finally, erase the anger. Both teachers and students will suffer. Parents should see warmly. Counseling, changing classes, remake groups...etc may work. To grow as a human being toward the collaption is the aim.
