There are many teahcers who have problems.
They cannot continue to teach or have problems in their daily life or teaching.

56 teachers were fired because of their sexual harrasment.
Think about the students taught by these teahcers.
The numbers of teachers diclined, and the quality did so.
New teachers are dissapointed at conservative bosses.
The reason of the dicline of descent teachers are following 4 things.
One is that teachers began to regard themselves as workers, not saint jobs.
They only want the money, they have no idea to be the professions.
Second, teachers began to become conservative and the higher the possition, the more conservative.
Usually, their ideas are poor, so probolems will occure.
Third is the problems of the home.
Homes also have responsivility.
Parents deny their responsibility and put it to teachers.
Last one is that they are not for teachers.
They can be anything, as the public servant is stable, they work as teachers.
The definition of M teachers are difficult.
We think it better to divide them into two groups.
One is criminal teachers and the other is poor in teaching teachers.
Former one is easily disclosed, latter one is rarely disclosed.
The weakest is students.
We should prevent them from the bad manners of m teachers.
There should be a clear definition. M teachers should lose their possition and learn how to teach from the beggining.
How to define whether he is M teacher or not.
First, they examine by themselves.
Second, students examine them.
Third, parents examine them.
Fourth, people in the area examine them.
Finally, from these four portfolos, new educational committee, which is elected will decide.
By these efforts, M teachers will disappear.
