Main in-house system of Sansan Corporation
This page briefly introduces four of the most important in-house systems introduced on the previous page.
1,H2O ~Make commuting easier!~
Many people hear H2O and think of the water molecule below, but of course not.

H2O is Sansan's in-house system and is an abbreviation for“Home to Office".
This system provides monthly housing assistance to employees living within two stations of Shibuya Station and Omotesando Station, which are the nearest stations of the head office.
If you go to work or go to school every morning on a crowded train, you will be sick when you arrive at the company, and it will be very difficult to work. If that happens, it will hinder your work.
The reason why such a system was set up was to make employees work efficiently and productively. In other words, living in a location relatively close to the headquarters allows you to work without much labor for commuting, and you can use almost 100% of the power to work immediately and use it for work immediately. It goes up. That's why the company subsidizes those who live in a given place.

2,Know Me ~Inter-departmental exchange~
The word "Know Me" seems to come from "「drinking", and refers to a drinking party with the assistance of a fixed amount (3000 yen / person) from the company. It is to be done by three people who meet for the first time in other departments.
The significance of this know me is that by doing this, you can easily consult with other departments about problems that cannot be solved by the department alone, and
work efficiency will increase.

3,Geek Seek ~Get the equipment you want and work smoothly~
There are many types of "Geek Seek", such as "Geek Seek Book" (book and document purchase assistance) and "Geek Seek Tools" (tool-related purchase assistance).
This system is for engineers and designers and aims to increase productivity within the company. In other words, if the motivation of each person for obtaining the information and equipment necessary for the job becomes less motivated and the company is eventually lost, the company will subsidize those expenses. In order to receive purchase assistance for the first time, an application is required, but engineers and designers who account for about half of all employees are using it constantly. Of course, the company is helping to buy what they need, so they want the results.

4,Satellite Office Kamiyama Lab ~In a different environment~
Sansan established a satellite office in Tokushima Prefecture in 2010, early in society.
The CEO himself wanted to prepare an environment that made it easier to work (especially for engineers), considering employees who were tired of commuting every morning. Under these circumstances, I learned that Kamiyama-cho is conducting a green screen in cooperation with an NPO, and there was a connection between the representative of the NPO and the president, so Kamiyama Lab opened as a satellite office.
One who actually used the Kamiyama Lab at the time of the marriage said, "Because the distance between my workplace and my home is physically close, I can afford my physical strength, and the air is clean and the environment is good, Optimal. The whole family is enriched mentally and a good cycle of work is born."
Certainly, spending time in nature may give you more time to work and increase your work efficiency.

4,Common point ~Improvement of productivity~
We have looked at the four in-house systems above, and we can see that there are things in common between the four. It can be said that it is "improvement of employee productivity".If each employee exerts his or her own ability 100% and increases productivity, it will benefit the company as a whole . To that end, Sansan has various unique systems.
