Japanese
Renovation
"Renovation" means "Even if it is not broken, to renovate it for improvement, change the floor plan, etc., and totally renew it." in Japan.
"reform" often means "To repair damaged parts in order to restore them to their new condition as much as possible."
It is important to note that we do not intend to build a new house because we try to rebuild it as much as possible.
Renovation can be improved to make it more ideal for you than a new house, or you can buy a used house and change it to your liking, so you can go beyond a new house.
Used with permission from the creator.
Renovation offers several advantages over new construction:
- You can change things that you don't know until you live in, or you can make a house that is more suitable for you by changing only the part you want to repair, leaving the part you like.
- The cost is generally reasonable compared to new buildings of the same area and size.
- As it is a used house, the loss of asset value is less than that of a new house.
and so on.
It is expected that there will be a transition from the age of repeated building and demolition to the age of longevity of houses by remaking them.
