What we can do!?

Know the difference between use-by date and best-before date!
Use-by date→State in which all qualities such as taste and flavor are maintained
Best-before date→Expiration date when there is no hygiene hazard associated with deterioration if stored in a prescribed manner.

In other words, if the expiration date has use-by and best-before date has not expired, the taste may have dropped, but eating it has no adverse effect on the body at all.

So that's it!Many people may just discard the date without knowing the difference between use-by date and best-before date.
And...
Since the use-by date is set short just in case, the “freeze-dried” product caneatmore than 10 years.
