We saw a lot of bread and Sponge cake etc on our visit.It was really different.

It because we want to deliver material as fresh as possible to pigs.
②Measurement of carry in
Waste is put in a special container by each company. It sent to this food ecology center.
You can see waht company brought how much that day.
Why measure the quantity？
Food waste becomes feed for pigs. The nutrients in the food must not change depending on what arrived that day. So we decide the combination while looking at each amount.
Combination？
We put ingenuity. For example in order to adjust the calories, add vegetables after the high-calorie sponge cake etc.
③Material input
Various foods are put in considering the combination. Crush with water pressure.
④Sorting work
Inedible plastic pieces and bones which pigs can not eat and large seeds of vegetables etc. so that the machine for crushing does not break are removed by human hands.
⑤Crush
Crush the food with a machine like a shaving.
⑥Sterilization treatment
Sterilize at 80 ° C for 5-10 minutes.
⑦Fermentation treatment
It is fermented and becomes like yogurt.
