With the recent boom in entomophagy, the term "entomophagy" is now known by many people in Africa and even Europe.
In Africa, insects seem to be eaten in many areas, depending on the region. Especially in Nigeria, it seems that insect eating is accepted as part of the culture.
In Europe, the culture of entomophagy is not yet so commonly eaten, but many people seem to expect new food culture about entomophagy. On the other hand, there are still many people who are resistant to insect eating, and it seems that the appearance and texture of insects is still a source of resistance for many people. Even in Japan, many people do not want to eat insects because they abhor their appearance before they enter people's mouths.
Several people said that in order to get more people to accept entomophagy, it is important to offer it as food in powder and other forms that conceal its appearance.   
Insects contain many nutrients and proteins, including minerals and vitamins, and are sustainable and good for the environment, so we need to do more to get more people to accept them!
