Bicycle license?
Depending on the municipality, there are also bicycle licensing systems introduced for primary school students, junior high school students, high school students, elderly people, etc., due to the importance of increasing bicycle traffic accidents and strict observance of rules. For example, Tokyo Arakawa-ku has introduced a bicycle licensing system from July 25, 2002. This means that a driver's license will be issued to students after attending certain courses and practical training.

Our suggestion
Bicycles are casually available vehicles, and many junior high and senior high school students go to school by bicycles, and bicycle accidents are the most frequent accidents in high school traffic accidents.
We think that we need to learn road signs and rules and learn traffic rules as part of class as well as learning map symbols at school.
