Here, We carried out a simple experiment about the reason why you should make "right how to drink medicine".We check;
what happens when we do not take a capsule with water of one cup of glass by experiment- 1.
what happens when we take medicine with the drink which is not water by experiment- 2
what happens when we take stomach medicine with orange juice by experiment- 3

Experiment -1 Capsule experiment

Preparations	Watch glass, paper for wrapping individual doses of powdered medicine, cellulose capsule, distilled water
Operation	We try to touch it with a wet hand with a cellulose capsule.
Procedure	When we take a capsule, we compare it in difference in quantity of the water how becomes it.

	① When when we swallow a capsule without drinking with water, I swallow it with a little water. ←With a little water, we was involved with a capsule.
	→The capsule has stuck to the skin of the finger stickily. →It sticks to the mucous membrane of the esophagus. Esophagitis might be caused.
	②When we take a capsule with enough water of the glassful. ←We touched a large quantity of water with the capsule which we attached.
	→The capsule melted slowly. →We dissolve in water in stomach through the esophagus with water and am in a condition to be easy to be absorbed to a body.
★What we understood from this experiment★
In this way, it sticks to the esophagus and is in danger to stick to the finger when the capsule does not drink with a large quantity of water.（→Please refer to "How to drink medicine"）

Experiment-2 Precipitation generation of tannin iron

Preparations	・Ferromia liquid <Ferromia lock＞ (I contain 50 mg as ferrous citrate sodium, iron.) We dissolved right photograph) to distilled water 25mL and filtered it;). ・Ammonium solution, green tea, test tube, Komagome pipet glass stick, pH litmus paper of hydrochloric acid .1 mol/L of 2 mol/L
Operation	When we take a Ferromia lock with tea, we check how you change in stomach.
Procedure	As follows

(1) We add Ferromia liquid 2mL and hydrochloric acid 0.5mL and make same strong acid characteristics in stomach.
	←As for the left test tube, hydrochloric acid, the right test tube are Ferromia liquid
	←We mix hydrochloric acid and Ferromia liquid.
▲TOP (2)　We add green tea to 1 liquid 1mL.
	←A material called the Tannin included in the green tea is combined with iron content of the Ferromia liquid and turns black.
(3) We add an ammonium solution to 2 liquids drop by drop more and let you make deposition (it becomes black).
		←Ammonium solution of 1 mol/L
		←The quantity that I precipitated increases as I add an ammonium solution.
		←It becames black.

(4) We check pH of 3 liquids.

↑We understand the thing of pH 8-9 than this. PH is a thing expressing liquid characteristics with the number of 0-14, and 7 is neutral. It becomes alkaline as it gets closer to acidity, 14 as it gets closer to 0.
★What we understood from this experiment★
In other words I raise action of the medicine and may lower it when I overwhelm uncongenial people together in this way.

Experiment-3 Orange juice and the stomach medicine
Preparations
	・Citric acid (organic compound included in citrus fruits)…It is use in substitution for orange juice ・Sodium bicarbonate (sodium hydrogen carbonate.) -We use it as antacidum neutralizing gastric acid;)-We use it in substitution for stomach medicine
Operation	I do what kind of change when I take sodium bicarbonate which is an ingredient of the stomach medicine with citrus fruit system drink such as the orange juice or check it.
Procedure	As follows

(1) We dissolve citric acid (appropriate amount) in water.
	←The water which we dissolved citric acid in. It becomes the ingredient like the orange juice.
(2) We add sodium bicarbonate to (1).
	←Mass bubbles came out. Sodium hydrogen carbonate is neutralized in response to citric acid before arriving to stomach.
★What we understood from this experiment★
Mass bubbles (carbon dioxide) are generated when we take stomach medicine with orange juice like this experiment and become weak before an effect of the stomach medicine reaches the stomach. In this way, we drink, and action of the medicine becomes strong, and opposite, effect becomes weak, and an effect to expect may not be provided by laying upon when we take medicine with drink except the water as well as a result of experiment -2.(→Click here, and, please refer to "dangerous drink alignment".)
