A honeycomb structure
This is made for a plastic board which is a beehive-shaped hexagon and
thin. In this case, I used a honeycomb structure which size is 90cm × 90cm
and a depth of 5cm. (Ordering to a professional trader) The flow of air
is rectified by this, and a laminar flow runs into a wind structure.
make a nozzle
Make a hole (5mm) in a brazen pipe which inside diameter is 1cm, and set
up a thin nozzle (5cm) by soldering. It is easy to put a solder by small
burner.
Emit smoke
Set up a nozzle, and emit smoke. I use a fog liquid. This liquid which
is high viscosity is emitted fog-shaped for high temperature. It is seen
well than incense burning and dry ice.
Complete a nozzle and a smoke tank
Save the smoke from smoke generator in tank, and it is emitted from nozzle.
Tank is connected a metal funnel and a can of a mosquito coil.
Inside of wind tunnel
It is seen a honeycomb structure and a factory fan. There are a smoke nozzle
in the center and an observation window made for clear plastic in right
side.
Smoke generator
Another name are smoke machine and fog machine. It can be bought for \4000.
A laser beam amplitude equipment
Combine a laser pointer and a toothbrush, and be reflected. The light is
devoted, and point to a radiation object.
A light from a laser beam amplitude equipment point to around a wing of
small wind tunnel. A funnel on under side emits smoke, so it is seen to
the flow of air around wing.
This is A3 size, so carrying is easy!
This is smaller than small wind tunnel and A3 size. There is a smoke tank
under nozzle, Inhale and discharge air by fan.
