This is a system that allows you to select seats to work freely. Office darts had the problem that they became too free to be next to each other with good friends, and that they sat in the same seat every day, and that other people who wanted to sit in that seat could not sit freely. In order to solve this problem, we decided that the type of seat could be decided by ourselves, but the location of the seat would be randomly selected by a computer like a dart. As a result, seats are no longer fixed, and all employees can sit at the seats equally.

It is a derivative of the telecommuting system. The difference from the telecommuting system is that the work place is not limited to the home, and there is no particular upper limit on the number of days used.
