2,Office darts

This is a system that allows you to select seats to work freely. Office darts had the problem that they became too free to be next to each other with good friends, and that they sat in the same seat every day, and that other people who wanted to sit in that seat could not sit freely. In order to solve this problem, we decided that the type of seat could be decided by ourselves, but the location of the seat would be randomly selected by a computer like a dart. As a result, seats are no longer fixed, and all employees can sit at the seats equally.

3,Mobile work system

It is a derivative of the telecommuting system. The difference from the telecommuting system is that the work place is not limited to the home, and there is no particular upper limit on the number of days used. It is often used by employees who feel that it is effective for relieving stress during long commutes, balancing work and personal life (childcare, housework, going to hospital, nursing care, etc.), and employees who can concentrate more in non-office environments. Of course, since it is one of the options for working, employees who can concentrate in the office are not required to use it.
Furthermore, in anticipation of the Tokyo Olympics next year, he seems to be thinking that he will be able to make effective use of it if he cannot work for a long time.

We set office use rules, manners, etc., and inform employees. For example, meals in the office are prohibited, not only to clean up the company but also to sharpen it. In addition, posters that are often forgotten to be managed are prohibited except at designated locations (such as boards), and individual documents and luggage cannot be placed on the floor. On the other hand, we have adopted a system that minimizes the number of documents that tend to accumulate.
