The glossary contains the meanings of blood donation terms used on this site.

Antigen / antibody test
What is an antigen test? An antibody is used and a protein on the surface of the virus is used as a marker.
Antigen test is to check whether you have been infected in the past, Genji's infection status and whether you have antibodies, and detect antibodies in the infected person's body.
Biochemical test
A test in which blood is centrifuged and divided into formed and non-formed parts to check the course of the medical condition.
Blood coagulation factor preparation
A blood coagulation factor preparation is a drug created based on genetic modification or plasma.
It is mainly taken by hemophiliacs and is effective by injecting blood coagulation factors, which are deficient in the blood, into the blood.
It is also used when there is a shortage of platelet preparations during blood transfusion.
