First of all, regarding the reason why the copper plate, which did not extend its life so much last time, extended its life, I used baking soda when wiping off fingerprints etc. on the copper plate last time. It is possible that the baking soda has exerted a bactericidal effect. In addition, there was an accident such as spilling, and the number of samples decreased. I will pay attention to these and carry out the third experiment.
