About the children who aren’t going to school
Kashiwa International Relations Association

The cause of not being able to go to school has not been revealed. It may be because of financial problems, religious reasons, or because if they are not a Japanese citizen, they are not obligated to receive an education. There may also be cases of them going to an international school. We can't tell if they really need assistance unless they come to consult or take action. It is also an invasion of privacy to ask people for support who think that they don't need assistance.

Kitakyushu International Association

Currently at our “Nihongo Hiroba”, we are having trouble picking up the people who have difficulty taking the service of education or administration such as “preschoolers” and “graduates” , since we are doing the activity based on the transmission from the people who have the roots abroad or from the related organizations like schools.

  • The present situation is that nonofficial organizations cannot grasp the situation completely and provide information by all means.
