Introduction

As I went to high school and had more opportunities to think about the future, I realized that we didn't know more about "working styles" than we thought.
Especially recently, due to the widespread spread of the coronavirus, telework and teleworking are becoming widespread, and working styles are diversifying in various companies.
At the same time, in recent years, the shortage of workers due to the declining birthrate and aging population has become a problem. Therefore, I was also interested in the law on labor from the perspective of being a leader in society in the future.
