There are two problems in elderly care that are not institutional. The first is that the facility is always full, and the second is that it is difficult to build relationships with the facility and helpers. For this reason, I didn't hire a helper when I was caring for my home.
Regarding the first, I think it would be better to build more facilities at first glance, but although the demand is increasing now, the demand will not continue, and after a while it will be full of vacant rooms. This can already be inferred from the population pyramid. Therefore, it is difficult for people to start construction. But I think this is a problem to be solved.
Also, the difficulty of building a good relationship cannot be solved by the system or money. I think that the problem remains in such a place.

Whether or not the profession of teacher will change to AI will depend on whether or not the students are satisfied with AI. However, since AI is a machine, there is a concern that information that we want to keep secret, such as consultations, may be leaked.
In addition, there are interpersonal insights that only humans can do. Therefore, I think that the profession of teacher will not disappear.
