We wanted to know what adults think about blood donation. To begin with, we questioned to our teachers about their experiences of blood donation and opinion on it.

- Q5 : What kind of images do you have of blood donation?
- Q6 : Do you know there are two kinds of blood donation called whole blood donation and (blood platelet donation or plasma donation)?

Next, we carried out the questionnaire survey to students in our school to know what kind of impression dose people, who is in the same generation to us, have.

- Q4 : Do you know how are the colected blood used?
- Q5 : (If you answered "Yes" to the forth question) What is the spiciffic way of the blood use you know?
- Q6 : Do you know there are two kinds of blood donation called whole blood donation and (blood platelet donation or plasma donation)?
- Q7 : Would you like to try to donate blood in the future?
