These days it is said our average physical strength is getting down as compared to old days.
From the data, most junior high-school and high-school students exercise four and half hours a week averagely. It is 3 hours more than the minimum hours we should exercise. But the reason is there are big differences between students who are members of sports clubs and students who do not belong to any sports club. Actually the rate of students who don't do any exercise are 31% in Japan, and 23% in our school.
As we explained on the page of "Efficacy of exercise", you cannot get this period back after becoming adults.
How can we resolve our lack of exercise?
And every summer we hear the news that students get heat disorder and dehydrating illness by doing hard exercise as a club activity for a long time.
