 The Copyright Act accepts a copyright for "works". However the thing which a person created is not classed as "works" which all says in Copyright Act. "works" is defined closely.

The Copyright Act says, " "work" means a production in which thoughts or sentiments are creatively expressed and which falls within the literary, academic, artistic or musical domain; (Article2-1) " and the thing which met all these conditions is a works.
