Because we have jobs early next morning , we were supposed to go home . We didn't know exit , so we asked a cast where the exit was . When we asked her , she said , “ Do you go home yet !? ” We said , “ Yes ” Then she said , “ Could you tell me what happened to you today ? ” We talked with her . After the talking , she said “ You had a very nice day . Please add one more thing in your nice memories . ” As the cast pointed toward Cinderella Castle , we looked at that way . Then the fireworks just went up in the sky . this is a wonderful story . I think this is the way of hospitarity unique to Disney . Only to grasp the time when the fireworks start can satisfy customers . We are impressed with the attitude that pay attention to details and that make an effort for customers to increase memory even a little .
So , We mean to introduce about great hospitarity of Disney here .
The first thing I was surprised is that we can get a certain ticket from crew when we couldn't get on vehicles because of height restrictions , and showing it to cast when we grow up and get on again , we can go to the front row . It is not true for other theme park . As is expected , it is the land of dreams .
The next thing is a secret of sound called “ sharan ” that sounds when we enter the theme park . That sound is a sound that Tinker Bell's powder of the magic falls and that customers are catch in a magic . This sound doesn't sound when we leave there . There is a concideration of Disney not to be removed magic . Although we don't mind usually , if we mind it when we go to Disney next time , we'll be able to enjoy the trip to Disney more over .
Also I introduce a trivial concideration like this because I thought it wonderful . There was a couple , waiting for attraction , and the wife seemed to be under the pregnancy . Then a staff asked them that it is all right in three people before they got on an attraction . They were confused for a while , but after a few minutes , they noticed and answered three people with smiles . In ordinary theme park , there is no concideration like this at the time of the number of people confirmation . Saying even as for such a trivial thing makes people happy . There aren't any fault .
And then after that Disney has huge information network . When the Greek politician visited Disney , The casts didn't wave their hands to the politician . This is because in Greece , waving hands to someone means insult . No other theme parks put each of customers together and change response .
In addtion to them , I think Disney's behaviors like not to spread the news of the lost children , to search for lost items not to be found by customers if there are some news of the lost items are truly first-rate .
