Soon after we arrived at Japanese style hotel , we are greeted by staff of there. After we do check-in , staff visit our room to greet us and supply tea and snack. They are concerned about many things to keep us comfortable , during staying there. They always see of us when we go out. They supply for us dinner which make of seasonal and local foodstuff every night. In the evening , they spread a futon for us and next day they change the bed sheets.
There is an one episode. A paper crane is put by futon. And female crane is put by woman’s futon. Male crane is put by men’s futon. This is trivial omotenashi. When we leave there for house , they help us to carry bags and see off us.

Here is example which is famous Japanese style hotel, Kagaya, in Toyama prefecture. The major premise of Kagaya's omotenasi is " offer thing which guest need before guest need". So Kagaya think how to gather things which guest need quickly . In order to gather it Kagaya think it is necesarry to make time with guest and to know or estimate purpose of staying at the appointment.
