In old JAL (Japan Airlines Corporation), they did evacuation drills, how to put out meal and drinks, dressing of kimono and tea ceremony as a part of the training of cabin attendants. The reason why they studied tea ceremony as training is JAL wanted cabin attendants to acquire the mind of "Omotenashi " as a Japanese. They can respond carefully in a position of the other party by learning the mind of the tea ceremony, and they can value "Forrest Gump" with customer. JAL said that this is necessary for cabin attendants. In training center, JAL taught cabin attendants that it is important to hold the heart of "the best Omotenashi".

In addition, "Forrest Gump" is an idiom about the tea ceremony which means "I can never meet you anymore. Therefore, I value this moment and let's provide "Omotenashi " as much as possible". Tokyo valued the best this idiom.
