生態系とは

　生態系とは、一定の区域にいる生物と、それらを取り巻く環境をまとめ、ある程度閉じた一つの系としたものです。
　　生態系は「消費者」「生産者」「分解者」の三つが循環しています。生産者の植物が光合成をして養分を作り成長します。それを消費者である動物が食べます。動物やその排泄物を分解者である小さな生き物や微生物が分解し、それを植物が栄養素として吸い上げます。このように生態系は、循環をすることにより一定に保たれています。
