This page briefly introduces three of the most important in-house systems introduced on the previous page.

1,+Standing


 + Standing is a proposal for a new way of working that takes a standing posture during work. Earlier studies in Australia have shown that longer sitting time increases the risk of death. People sitting more than 11 hours a day are 1.4 times more likely to die than people sitting 0-4 hours. It is said that standing every 30-60 minutes is an effective way to reduce the health risks of sitting too much. The advantage of standing work is that three out of four workers perceive that they have improved their work efficiency, are more likely to change their mood, and have reduced sleepiness. For the above reasons, it seems that they are proposing a work style of "Swift sitting desk work" called "Swift" which is a vertical lift desk and + Standing.

2,Early return declaration


As an activity of the Work Style Frog Project, an in-house reform project that changes the consciousness and behavior of the workplace, we have set up early return declaration cards. (Refer to the photo) The awareness of each employee's return time (setting the return time target), the grasp of the return time of all employees, and the activation of workplace communication were born. By proclaiming the time to return home, the consciousness changed, and the number of people who were overworking slowly decreased and the number of people who could enjoy leisure time after leaving work increased.

4,Summary  ~ Reform of individual consciousness ~

These three activities have been discussed. Of course, it is important for the company to do something for employees, but the company's philosophy was to work with attachment to the company.
