Our mission is to provide our customers with a work style that makes the best "Making the Most of Individuals and Organizations", and we also aim for a work style that embodies it. In order to solve diverse needs and issues in corporate management and human resources and continue to provide new value, it is necessary for each and every employee to increase their knowledge in the human and organizational areas and continue to grow as a professional . On the other hand, work content is labor-intensive because it is difficult to shorten working hours by mechanization. In that sense, it is a type of business that makes work more rewarding, but at the same time, less time-consuming. However , if we work long hours at our company, which provides companies with solutions related to work style reform, it will not be persuasive. However, there is no point in reducing the value provided to customer companies by reducing working hours.
Therefore, we have set the purpose of work style reform as "realization of management where diverse human resources live" . Each employee with various orientations and backgrounds aimed to grow as a professional through rich social experiences and create new value in society.
