They can't go any further in a family without a manifestation of intention to attend school
- There may be other issues such as financial reasons underlying the lack of manifestation
We can't tell if they really need assistance unless they come to consult or take action. It is also an invasion of privacy to ask people for support who think that they don't need assistance.
Currently at our “Nihongo Hiroba”, we are having trouble picking up the people who have difficulty taking the service of education or administration such as “preschoolers” and “graduates” , since we are doing the activity based on the transmission from the people who have the roots abroad or from the related organizations like schools.
International kids have no "duty to be educated"
Japan should also adapt the "duty to be educated" for international kids. (Who has forign nationality)
- In Germany, all children of all nationalities are obliged to receive school education
- If it is adapted, it is expected that the Board of Education and the International Exchange Committee will be able to step into the problem of schooling refugees.
