Megumiba
I learned that Japanese tea can be used not only for drinking but also for food.
Also, it was interesting to see that there are more types of Japanese tea than I thought.
If I have the chance, I want to make food using tea leaves.

I learned a lot about Japanese tea.
I learned for the first time that there are various kinds of Japanese tea and that each has its own characteristics.
Now that I understand the charm, I want to convey it to foreigners.

I was able to know the charm of unexpected tea.
Until now, I had thought that tea was a drink to drink when I was thirsty, but I was surprised to find that there was a recommended tea for the time of day.
I think it was very good because I was able to know the charm of tea and learn more about Japanese culture.

Personally, I wanted to find out about black tea, but I couldn't because of time constraints.

About Chagaicha
Chagaicha refers to beverages that are called tea, but are made using plants other than tea trees, and non-tea beverages that are mixed with multiple ingredients. Barley tea and kombucha are tea outside the tea.

・Black tea is the most fermented. There is the enchashiki method, in which tea leaves  are put in a pot, poured with boiling water and steamed, and the boiled method, in    which hot water is boiled in a pot or kettle and the tea leaves are added as they are.
・There are different ways to enjoy tea around the world.
・In England, which is famous for black tea, it is said that people often drink more than 5  to 6 cups a day.
