If we learn the one thing from the history of a character, it is that the character has not
evolved from a silent picture.

The character started what expresses real spoken language with a picture, and it remained
as it is much for thousand years. In the middle age of 18th, Voltaire, French philosopher,
said “A character is audio depiction.”

However, everyone will admit that a character is also exceeding a thing for man to describe
in paper now which has passed from there in 250 years or more, and passed also through
electronic reform. The character tends to be independent at last for the long time.

Now we are going to survey about the living problem of the character today and the future
of it.
