There is a report that after using the smartphone long time, your prefrontal area isn't work well, so you can't have enough learning effects.
Human beings require dopamine, and smartphone(SNS,Game, movies..) gives it all the time. In addition we can be anonym in Internet so we can communicate with others with casually.
When we get reward or get praised by others, or when we play a game, we secern dopamine. It excites us. But if it is secerned continuously, we become dependent on this substance (these behaviors).
The demerits are as I said at Q1. And we recommend 'reading books' on this site.

When we read a long sentence, our brain links cause and result and significance. During this process, people often forget the time and devote ourselves to read. We can get concentration power in this process.

Yes it is. when we do the job (like Reading) which stimulate a brain, our brain inhibit the aggregation of amyloid proteins (waste matter of cranial nerve cells). This prevent cerabral age and Alzheimer's disease.
We imagine scenery, sound, smell, and taste of texts of a book. The research with a brain CT scanning shows, when we read a boook and imagine the contents, our brain become active as real life experience. And it is said that when we do video games and watch TV, This activation doesn't occur.

Always put some books near you. You'll want to pick them up sometime. And we recommend a collection of short stories. Because you can read a story in a few minutes and feel a sense of achievement. This sense is very important for become an advanced reader.

I like reading book, but I am dependent on smartphones. I was aware, but I don't feel like changing it.
Now after finishing making this web site, I feel depending heavily on smartphone is dangerous. "To lack concentration on study" or "To become lack of sleep",..etc. I am really scared when I think carefully. Don't you think so?
Our overall object of this page is to have high school students (who are heavily smartphone users) read books. We wanted to know our page can achieve this object, so we did a survey. We have 40 students read this web site, then obtained information by means of questionnaires.
After the questionnaire survey, there were opinions such as,
"I want the illustration to be increased because there are too many characters in smartphone page and reading page".
However, More than half of the questionnaire was opinion that
"Easy to understand"
"I learned a lot."
"Conversation is interesting"
"Illustration makes it easy to understand"
,etc.
And in method page and 250 books page, Seventy percent of opinions were
"I want to try it."
"I wanted to read a book."
"It was easy to find a book."
"There are plenty of useful information."
..,etc. We can find, through our web site, a certain number of students get interested in books. Our members and I are also use smartphone more or less, so I know there is no specific method working at once for heavy smartphone users. But through our making process and knowing a lot of books, I come to have far better image of reading than it used to be.

Now it is the final adjustment of the site creation. Looking back over the whole site, I think we can create the site as written in the home(the first page). I wrote most part of sentences, so I have read many books. And, including hundreds of books in practice, this is my first experience of reading so many books. Thanks to the number of these books, I became confident about this site contents we wrote. Reading books gave us many information and feelings. They are surely left on our heads, engraved in our heads, and they are becoming our blood and meat.
However, even if I have praised "reading", I think that you do not understand anything of books without reading a book. But, I can say, "If you read" something will change.

I thought it was normal to use smartphones for 5 hours a day, I thought that
I would not rely on smartphones, but the time I spent on smartphones was much longer than the average. I intended to read a book, but had only a feeling.
Through the creation of this web page, I could know various reading mothods. For example,I would like to take notes during reading actually.
And I was able to know a new genre called "Short Short" that I can read easily.
Although I am planning to learn about design from now on, I thought, "I do not need Japanese language skills for design!", "What I need is talent!",but when I heard seniors' presentation in college experience classes, I thought that Japanese skills and vocabulary skills are important for developing designs and logo marks.
