Ingredient

Ume means a plum. Umeboshi is made by drying a plum in the sun.
A certain citric acid of umeboshi dismantles lactic acid causing fatigue
of a body. And umeboshi makes it easy to take in calcium to a body.
When we eat Umeboshi a lot of suptum appear, and it increases an appetite
and also umeboshi fixes the bowels.
@A red labiate, which is put together when we make umeboshi,
controls a cough, keeps a stomach soundly, and lowers fever,
perspires a lot, and counteracts the poison.
@Besides, because umeboshi has antibacterial action, it prevents food
from rotting, and causing food poisoning. Therefore umeboshi is often
put in a lunch box in Japan.
