Q1. What should we be careful about for LGBT people?

A1.Now, in Japan, the proportion of people who are called sexual minorities such as LGBT is said to be one in 13 people in Japan, so
it is a familiar existence.
However, we are still suffering from our casual words and attitudes, mentally and physically sexual minorities.
I think there are many.
For that reason, sexual minorities will not suffer such damage, understand correctly about LGBT etc., SOGI harasment
I think that it is important to eliminate sexual orientation and discriminatory behavior that Ally with regard to gender identity.

Q2.What do you think is what we can do?

A2. I think that each one of us understands correctly about LGBT etc. and it becomes Arlly (understander / supporter).
For that reason, we are doing broad-based educational activities such as gender equality forums and lectures, so joining projects
is also important to know more.

Q3.Is there something you want to tell?

A3. In the city, it is the town that should aim for "a town that can appreciate diverse living ways and make the best use of individuality"
We are promoting the 3rd Kashiwa City Gender Equality Promotion Plan.
We will continue to make various measures for the society where various ways of life that can not be taken by gender can continue. Let 's think about society as a whole so that as many as one can increase.      

Q4. Is something unacceptable to LGBT?

A4. Nothing.
